Modern Office Design for Our Time

The core of this concept design was, among much else, to create spaces that will inspire and be one entity, interconnected and accessible even if on different levels and spread over a wide area.

This was achieved by creating walkways, catwalks, galleries and indoor “streets” that add dynamism and join different parts of the building.    

The floor plans are very flexible too. Technopolis Ülemiste offers multipurpose office spaces to businesses of all sizes and the rental contracts can be short- or long-term arrangements. It also offers co-working spaces and a conference centre that is suitable for teaching courses as well.

The in-house canteen conveniently caters to clients and visitors who came on a business trip from outside Ülemiste or Estonia. Two parking garages, each with 500 car places capacity, also belong to the Technopolis complex in Ülemiste.
