From Offices Back To Apartments

The building on Lapinlahdenkatu street was designed by Jalmari Peltonen and built in 1929. Client wanted the house renovated and returned to its original purpose of apartment building, as well as adding some lofts to it.

Out of all 17 renovated apartments, 15 are fully in accordance with accessibility code. Balconies were added to some of the flats and the sauna was built in the basement. Also newly added were both private and communal storage spaces. Two green areas belonging to the property were renewed and re-landscaped.
