Pelican Nöykkiö

An ensemble built on two separate plots, comprising 3- and 4-story storage buildings and single-story drive-up storage units. The main buildings contain self-storage units; in addition, the first floor of the main building on the southern plot has a small shop, staff facilities, technical spaces and a civil defense shelter.

The single-story drive-up buildings contain self-storage units with overhead doors, each with its own direct access from outside.
