Modern Office Space in Tikkurila

The new office building on Lauri Korpisen katu serves as a gateway to the entire Jokiniemi campus.

The site is located southeast of Tikkurila train station and Dixi shopping center, east of the planned Vantaa tram line and south of Eric von Rettig Park. On the west side is Teatteripolku, the future Vantaa tram line and the train track. There are residential buildings on the south and east sides of the block. The central location offers those working in the property the versatile services of the shopping center and excellent public transport connections.

Tikkurila has developed into one of the most popular business premises locations in Vantaa. The area offers excellent connections to the city center of Helsinki, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and the rest of the capital region. Transport connections will improve even further with the completion of the planned Tikkurila tram line.

The facades of the office building facing the streets are made of brick laid on site and are opened up in a clear rhythm with vertical windows, which enlarge into display windows on the lower floors, creating excellent operating conditions for the business premises. The brick-clad facades of the parking facility are connected to the office building on the 1st floor and stairwells. The corten steel facades of the upper floors break this pattern, creating a counterpoint to the organized architecture, but matching it in terms of color. Great importance has also been placed on longevity in terms of flexibility for conversion. One office floor can be divided between seven users.

The everyday life of those working in the building is also supported by the building’s diverse services, such as a lunch restaurant, a large bicycle parking lot and the associated social facilities, and a parking garage with charging points for electric cars.
