Parking Structure Serving the Block

The project is located in the central block of Karakallio, Espoo. The building comprises three above-ground levels and one underground level, with direct access to the stairwell of the adjacent residential building. The parking structure serves three residential apartment buildings as well as a grocery store, providing 167 parking spaces for cars, 263 bicycle spaces, and two waste management rooms.

The naturally ventilated façades are primarily clad in perforated, patterned, and pearlescent metal panels. On the courtyard side of the block, the façade is covered with climbing plants. The building features a sloped green roof.
